Rates

The first consultation is only EUR 50,00. Do not hesitate to contact the office for an appointment. After office hours appointments can also be easily arranged.

If you want to start a legal procedure, the costs of the consultation will be deducted from the own contribution when you are eligible for legal aid of the legal aid board. The hourly fee starts at EUR 225,00 excluding VAT. We also offer fixed price offers.

Heikens Law Firm believes that legal assistance should be accessible for everyone. For clients with a lower income, we request ‘legal aid’ from the Raad voor Rechtsbijstand (Government Legal Aid Board Offices) so you don’t have to pay regular attorney’s fees, only a small contribution starting at EUR 165,00 per case will be required.
